I love getting the opportunity to join people on their journeys of healing and growth. I graduated from UCLA in 2008 and have been a therapist for nearly twenty years. I specialize in working with women who desire to improve their relationships, cope with anxiety or depression, heal from past trauma, and cultivate healthy life practices. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that past experiences, physical health, family life, and social connectedness contribute greatly to our psychological wellbeing.

I have spent nearly two decades helping individuals and couples to improve their relationships, mood, and overall health and wellness. I use evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, CBT, and Attachment theory to help bring about lasting change. I also have specialized training in ADHD, Anxiety, and therapy with adoptive and foster families.
